Return policy

We except returns of goods in some circumstances:

If you purchase goods incorrectly or by mistake we are happy to offer an exchange on the goods providing the original goods are returned to us in new, unused and resaleable condition. This must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer is responsible for covering the postage costs for the return as well as for the re-posting of the exchanged goods. 

In the very rare circumstance that a product which is purchased appears to be faulty, we request that the problem is reported to us within 5 working days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost and we will offer an exchange/replacement of the product or a refund for the value of the product minus postage. 

Similarly if we make the unlikely mistake of sending the incorrect goods we request that you contact us with 3 working days of receipt notifying us of this problem and we will happily provide an exchange for the correct item. We will cover the return postage costs in the situation that we have sent an incorrect item, although we require the receipt of cost of postage to be sent to us in order to provide a valid credit.

PLEASE NOTE: We request that all goods returned to us are securely packaged to prevent any damage in return transit, as we can not be responsible for any damage to goods which are damaged when returned to us. We also recommend the buyer using an adequate method of postage to ensure the safe return of goods.
